  • Do you have multiple websites you want covered?

    No Problem! These care plans are for coverage of one website. Additional websites can be added for 30€ per month. This pricane per additional website covers updates, backups, security and uptime d performance monitoring ONLY. Adding additional sites does not increase content, development or strategy sessions. However, sessions in the plan you choose may be used on any website covered and overage will be billed accordingly, if needed.

Common Questions

How does the subscription work?

You will be billed the first payment immediately and automatically every 30 days. Work exceeding specified hours inside a one month period will be billed at the rate of 80€/hour. ALL plans are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time.

Does unused monthly time rollover?

Much like a retainer, the monthly time is there for you every month to reserve your place in our queue, therefore it does not rollover. Take comfort in the fact that what you request within the time reserved (depending on your plan) will be addressed by our team with immediate attention.

What if I need more hours?

Occasionally you may need additional support to get you through a period of design, layout, functionality or major content changes. With approval, work that exceeds the allotted time will be billed at our current support rate of 80€/hr.  Subscribers to our Full Support plan will receive a reduced rate of 65€/hr.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Absolutely. We are all about relationships with our clients, so we would hate to see you go but we know financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email, and we will immediately stop the next payment.

What tasks are included in the support sessions?

Support sessions cover things like content edits, adding new pages, uploading blog posts, adding new widgets (content areas), minor technical issue, etc. If you have a doubt you can submit a support ticket and we’ll let you know if it’s covered or will require an estimate.

What does unlimited content updates include?

Content updates typically cover things like adding a testimonial, updating an event calendar, adding a staff profile; in general minor edits to existing content. This does not include adding new pages or complete overhaul of website content. Unlimited content updates only apply to Full Support plans.

How do the ‘website strategy calls’ work?

Strategy sessions are conducted by telephone, Zoom, or Skype, run for 30-40 minutes and are on the topic of your website functionality or website marketing strategies. These calls can be scheduled in advance to ensure they happen at a time that is convenient for you or your staff.

How does the quarterly website review work?

Once per quarter we will perform our standard 10-point website checkup on your site to make sure it still looks great, content is relevant, and is performing well on all devices. We will also provide a report with recommendations on what needs to be done and what is most critical. This service is only available with Full Support plans.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc.?

The best part of our care plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case your website has problems, we will be there communicating with the web hosting on your behalf. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but rest assured we will do everything in our power to prevent it, and handle the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of our backups should the need arise. Our goal is to make sure your site is online and healthy as close to 100% of the time as possible!

My website was not build by SWS, can I still be on one of your care plans?

Although these plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster.

We would first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that can arise. We will perform software updates, run security & optimization scans, and make a full backup. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan. The Website Evaluation is a fixed fee of 300€.
